Daca esti rasist, infricosat de femei masive si nu-ti plac nici Mariah Carey, nici Lenny Krativz, atunci Precious e pretty damn scary. Ma rog, i sorta liked it. Sau macar il apreciez pentru ca reuseste sa dezbata niste teme foarte controversate (incest, abuz sexual, teenage pregnancies) fara sa cada in patetic. Eu zic ca e a valid contender for the Oscars, desi inca nutresc un licar de speranta ca-l va sustrage Tarantino.

Well The Hurt Locker has won like 6 Oscars. Macar stim ca americanii au ceva critici mai acatarii, ca daca castiga Avatar tot....ma simteam ca la MTV Movie Awards cand a castigat Twilight.

E Disney-izat pana in maduva oaselor si n-are nici in clin, nici in maneca cu the Burton we all know and love. It has massive amounts of colour, for fuck's sake. Wonderland ins't gloomy, it's happily painted pretty, Anne Hathaway se comporta ca o hipioata sedata care needs quite badly to lay off the acid (Have you talked to the trees? They look sad...) si Carter e doar isterica. Nu zic ca nu-i iese bine, dar personajele ei mai aveau si doza aia de nebuie ilara which spiced it up. And about Depp...let's not go there. Arata exactly like Elijah Wood si face un job ok, insa something doesn't click. At all. The dance at the end is quite...ahm...still looking for a word to describe it.  Ma rog, it's worth it for the whole 3d experience and the Jabberwocky. Nice beasty.  |

Ma bucur ca Avatar nu a luat Oscar, for heaven's sake e doar un film de imagine. Ca si Alice. Daca vrei o versiune doomy a acestui film cica scoate Marylin Manson nush ce nebunie numita "Phantasmagoria" nu stiu exact cand. Mi-a placut pisica din Cheshire, as vrea una din aia sa am ca pet  Anyway per total it was fun. |

Cel mai recent film vazut a fost Inception. And it was cul. Bine, are greseli ca orice film, dar conceptul mi s-a parut super. Worth to see.

Ma tot chinui sa-l vad de vreo 2 saptamani incoace, dar mi-e o lene crunta sa ma misc pana la un cinema. I've got a movie marathon lined up for tomorrow night: The Wall, Disney Classiscs and hopefully one or two Gilliams (primele pe lista sunt Fear and Loathing si 13 Monkeys). Ah, si Ed Wood. It's gonna be one hell of an all-nighter!  |
